Our Custom Keeper℠ is for most homeowners in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. You may customize your days to suite your needs from 1 to 3-days per week, with our 3-day being our most competitive option.

For owners of high-occupancy oceanfront properties with sand issues try choosing the 7-Day Keeper℠ plan for the prime and peak tourism seasons. You have the option to select the months for opening and closing your pool/hot tub.

Additionally, we offer a summer service Add-On to our standard 3-Day Custom Keeper℠ plan. This is the 7-Day LITE Keeper℠, providing 7-day summer service during the prime summer months of June, July, and August.

  • Choose the 7-Day Keeper℠ plan for seasonal service. Our team will open your pool/hot tub by April 15th and close it by October 15th every year. This plan is recommended for ocean front property owners with high occupancy rentals and sand problems during peak and prime tourism season.
  • 7-Day LITE Keeper℠ - 7-day service during Peak season, and 3-day Custom Keeper℠ service during Prime season. Our goal is to open your pool/ hot tub by April 15th and close it on or around October 15th every year. This plan is recommended for rental homes that have sand problems only during the summer months due to guest traffic.
  • Custom Keeper℠ - our competitively priced 1 to 3-day service with your choice of days. We aim to open your pool/hot tub by April 15th and close it on or around October 15th every year. This plan is recommended for most rental vacation properties in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills. Does not include Patio Services.

  • Opening and Closing Of Pool / Hot Tub. Includes Cleaning of Pool Furniture & Rinsing of Pool Deck.

CleaningOptions

  • Vacuum with Portable Vacuum to 75 microns (Min. 3 times during peak season)
  • Clean Waterline
  • Skim Pool / Hot Tub
  • Brush Pool / Hot Tub Walls and Floor (Min. 2-3 times weekly)
  • Backwash/Clean Filter (as needed)
  • Wipe down Hot Tub Cover
  • Drain and Refill Hot Tub (weekly)
  • Post-Storm Cleaning (except named storms)

ChemistryOptions

  • Test and email water chemistry results to client file weekly through our recordkeeping system
  • Balance Water
  • Add Sanitizer as needed
  • Shock (overnight 8 hours, and as needed).
